Serving Veterans at Big Red Barn Retreat
Posted by Palmetto State Armory on November 6, 2023
Soldiers and First Responders devote their lives to serving others, often neglecting their own mental well-being and masking their inner struggles. They can become trapped in their thoughts and memories, leading to isolation instead of fully engaging in life. Recognizing this challenge, the Big Red Barn Retreat (BRBR) offers holistic practices, training, and programs designed to help Heroes thrive. These alternatives to traditional treatments are provided at no cost to veterans, active-duty service members, and first responders, encouraging them to step out of their comfort zones and reconnect with a life filled with joy, connection, and purpose alongside their peers at BRBR.
