It is extremely water resistant and draws moisture and condensation away from your scope. You may make it temporarily waterproof with commercial spray-on water repellent, and it is machine washable. Note: The "perfect fit" is a matter of personal preference, ranging between a relaxed fit to a more form-fitted one. Cover can stretch 1-1.5" beyond stated length. This model is black, NF (8).
