When we teamed up with Ike to craft a meal, we knew it had to be something classic, yet elevated something done in a way that no one had ever done before. For Ike's meal, we've reimagined Beef Stroganoff, prepared from scratch by our chefs. While the origins of a backcountry meal like stroganoff go back generations, much like the Eastman family, we've taken it to a new level. This is no ordinary dish it's chef-crafted in our own kitchen, using only the finest premium ingredients and cooked to perfection as a complete meal before being freeze-dried.
