We use steel alignment pins to guarantee perfect mating of the mould blocks, even after years of heavy use, maintaining their precision over time. Each RCBS mould block is also equipped with a 3/16 inches thick solid steel sprue plate, securely fastened with tempered steel spring washers and screws to ensure durability and stability during casting. These moulds are machined from solid cast iron to exacting specifications, resulting in clean and precise castings, cast after cast.
