The textured sides help eliminate air pockets and the tear notch makes for easy opening. Compatible with most external vacuum sealers, these bags are best sealed using increased time and temperature, especially with LEM's MaxVac vacuum sealers. Safe for both refrigerators and freezers, these bags are not suitable for boiling or microwaving. For optimal results, we recommend using oxygen absorbers (300-500cc per bag).
