The Trauma Kit NOW! - Large (TKN-LARGE) is designed for those who need to carry a significant amount of medical supplies, either by personal choice or in line with organizational SOP. This pouch is also commonly used by medics, often carried on the flanks as a more efficient alternative to a Medic Pack, particularly in urban environments or situations requiring quick transport. Built around the USMC IFAK design, the TKN-Large features two main components: the MOLLE-compatible outer pouch and the removable inner supply chassis. Inside, six rows of heavy-duty elastic securely hold one of three fill levels, such as a BFG MED Trauma Kit Refill or other medical supplies selected by the user. This design ensures easy access and optimal organization of critical medical supplies when needed in high-pressure environments.
