The Trauma Kit NOW! - Large (TKN-LARGE) is designed for those who need to carry a large amount of medical supplies, whether by personal choice or as dictated by organizational SOP. It is commonly used by medics, often carried on the flanks as a practical alternative to a full Medic Pack, especially in urban settings or environments where quick transport is essential. The TKN-Large is based on the USMC IFAK design and consists of two main components: the outer MOLLE-compatible pouch and the removable inner supply chassis. Inside the chassis, six rows of heavy-duty elastic securely hold one of three fill levels, such as a BFG MED Trauma Kit Refill or other supplies selected by the user. This thoughtful design ensures organized storage and quick access to critical medical supplies in high-pressure situations.
