The Trauma Kit NOW! - Large (TKN-LARGE) is designed for individuals or teams who need to carry a large quantity of medical supplies, either by necessity or due to organizational SOP. It has been widely used by medics, often carried on the flanks as a replacement for a full Medic Pack, particularly in urban environments or where quick transport times are essential. Built around the USMC IFAK design, the TKN-LARGE consists of two main components: a MOLLE-compatible outer pouch and a removable inner supply chassis. The interior features six rows of heavy-duty elastic, designed to securely hold one of three Fill Levels, such as a BFG MED Trauma Kit Refill or other medical supplies selected by the user. This design ensures the organization and accessibility of critical medical equipment for high-stakes situations.
