This versatile pouch is favored by medics and is often used on the flanks in place of a traditional medic pack, particularly in urban or short transport environments where quick access is crucial. The TKN-Large is built around the USMC IFAK design and consists of two key components: a MOLLE-compatible outer pouch and a removable inner supply chassis. Inside, the chassis features six rows of heavy-duty elastic to securely hold one of three Fill Levels, including the BFG MED Trauma Kit Refill or other medical supplies selected by the user.
