Customers must create an ATF eForm account and purchase a tax stamp as part of the process. The announcement also clarified that other NFA items can be purchased similarly. Both Palmetto State Armory and Capital Armory provide customer support to ensure a smooth experience. The only additional costs beyond the suppressor itself are the tax stamp and shipping fees, unless the customer opts for a trust setup.
