On August 20th, 2024, Palmetto State Armory, in partnership with FRAC, filed an amicus brief with the U.S. Supreme Court to support plaintiffs challenging the ATF’s Frame/Receiver Rule. Emphasizing a commitment to defending constitutional rights, the brief argues against the ATF's pattern of regulatory overreach that places lawful firearms in "regulatory purgatory" by offering unclear standards and severe penalties. A portion of every customer purchase supports efforts like these to protect and promote firearm freedoms.
