Like most mounts, our products begin as separate components. We produce the bases and caps in controlled batches to maintain the highest quality standards. While many manufacturers will fabricate these parts, send them for anodizing and then simply assemble, we take additional steps to enhance the integrity of our product. Once the anodized parts return, we fully assemble them and position them back into specially designed rail fixtures. The caps are torqued to precise specifications over custom spacers, which allow for optimal grip on the optic. After assembly, our mounts undergo a final boring process in our state-of-the-art machining centers, ensuring precision and alignment. Each mount is subjected to rigorous quality control checks before being meticulously packaged, guaranteeing that you receive a product that has been finished to perfection.
