This commitment led us to develop a process that results in final-bore matched rings with raw aluminum internals, providing a grip on your optic that is not only more reliable but also more true than any other option available. Our design achieves remarkable robustness without adding unnecessary weight. Like most mounts, our components begin as separate parts. We manufacture the bases and caps in batches. While many manufacturers send these parts for anodizing and then assemble them, we take additional steps to ensure superior quality. After anodizing, we fully assemble the parts and place them back into specially designed rail fixtures. The caps are then torqued to specification using custom spacers, allowing the rings to properly secure the optic. Finally, we perform a final-bore matching in our world-class machining centers. The mounts are carefully removed from the machine as sets, undergo rigorous quality control and are then packaged to ensure you receive a product that is flawlessly finished.
