However, we take great care in producing the bases and caps in controlled batches, ensuring each part meets our strict quality standards. While many manufacturers fabricate these parts, send them for anodizing and simply assemble, we enhance our process with several additional steps. Once the parts return from anodizing, we fully assemble them and secure them back into specially designed rail fixtures. The caps are torqued to exact specifications using custom spacers, allowing for optimal pressure when securing the rings onto the optic. After assembly, our mounts undergo a final boring process in our state-of-the-art machining centers, ensuring precision and alignment.
