When we set out to create the ideal scope ring, our goal was to ensure a reliable and precise capture of your optic something you won't find elsewhere on the market. This pursuit led us on a journey that resulted in serialized, final-bore matched rings with raw aluminum internals, providing a grip on your optic that surpasses anything currently available. Our manufacturing process begins with separate parts for the bases and caps, which are produced in batches. While many manufacturers send their parts off for anodizing and then simply assemble them, we go a step further. Once the parts return from anodizing, they undergo a meticulous assembly process. Each ring is placed back into specially designed rail fixtures, where the caps are torqued to specification over custom spacers. This setup allows the rings to torque down securely on the optic before undergoing final boring as sets in our state-of-the-art machining centers. After machining, the rings are removed in sets and laser-marked for identification, ensuring that each set is uniquely matched to its precision-bored counterparts. This attention to detail results in scope rings that offer unmatched reliability and accuracy, providing shooters with the confidence they need in the field.
