Once the parts return from anodization, they are meticulously assembled and placed back into specially designed rail fixtures. The caps are torqued to specification over custom-made spacers, allowing for even compression around the optic and ensuring an optimal fit. After assembly, each set of rings undergoes final boring in our state-of-the-art machining centers, which guarantees unparalleled alignment and precision. Once the machining process is complete, the rings are marked with a laser, uniquely identifying each set to match its precision-bored counterparts.
