This journey led us to develop a unique process that results in serialized, final-bore matched rings with raw aluminum internals, ensuring a grip that is more dependable and precise than any competing product. Our rings start as separate components, with bases and caps crafted in batches. While many manufacturers send these parts for anodizing and then simply assemble them, we take several additional steps to guarantee quality. Once the components return from anodization, they are fully assembled and placed back into specially designed rail fixtures. The caps are then torqued to specification using custom-made spacers that create the right amount of space to securely tighten the rings onto your optic. Final-bore matching occurs in our world-class machining centers, where each set of rings is precisely aligned. After machining, the rings are laser-marked as matched sets, with each one uniquely identified to ensure compatibility with its precision-bored counterparts. This meticulous approach guarantees that you receive scope rings of unmatched quality and reliability, specifically designed for those who demand the very best in performance.
