Following the success of our CZ455 scope base and the launch of the new CZ457, we are proud to introduce a custom base designed specifically for this exceptional line of rifles. Crafted from a 1-piece of T7075 aluminum, this scope base is machined in-house on our HAAS VF4SS 4-axis machining center, ensuring precise fit and strength. The design allows it to slide onto the dovetail and be securely clamped down, delivering consistent force across the entire rail to guarantee that your CZ457 will stay firmly in place. Comes in a type III black hard-coat anodized finish, this base comes with a wrench for easy torque adjustment of the clamp screws. With a 30MOA can't engineered for those pushing their .22LRs out to 300+ yd, it is also comes in a 15MOA configuration for added versatility. We've included extra length at the front of the rail to accommodate forward mounting of your optic, enhancing usability with higher-powered scopes on the smaller stocks typical of rimfire rifles. While slightly taller than conventional set-screw models adding approximately 1/2 inches to the dovetail this base maintains a similar over-bore height, ensuring a comfortable cheek weld without needing a riser. For added functionality, we've integrated a built-in level into the design, ensuring optimum viewing when shooting from the prone position with minimal movement.
